Home Remedies for Fibromyalgia

Although it may seem that you can't eat anything, it's actually more of a change in lifestyle that promotes fresh, whole foods while avoiding excesses in processed substances. In addition, you need to get plenty of sleep every night, but avoid taking naps during the day.

Trying to eliminate stress from your life can also help you to feel better. You might try 2-4 cups of Epsom salts in a hot bath which will relax muscles and ease tensions. Deep breathing is also a good way to reduce tension and help you relax. A little exercise every day can help ease FM pain. Don't try to do any types of strenuous exercise, but find some exercises that can help you stretch your muscles gently without running you into the ground. Increase your exercise as you start feeling stronger.
